Junior Messias who is 30 years old with a valid contract with Crotone until 2024, is set to become the latest Rossoneri acquisition.
The playmaker, who can also play as a second striker will be joining Stefano Pioli's squad to strengthen the attacking midfield area.
The player is set to join AC Milan on loan with the option to buy.
In fact, the Crotone club president spoke about the deal to Sky Sport. Here are his words:
"The operation is closed. The boy (Messias) is very happy, you will see what he will do at Milan. Milan strongly wanted him because they believe in the boy and we believe in him too. To carry out such an operation, we believe in the qualities and skills of the player. Let's hope the field speaks. I hope his good story continues."
The president, Gianni Vrenna, added: "Let's say it was thanks to my son Raffaele who strongly wanted Messias at Crotone. Now he is going to an important city, among other things I am a Milan fan so it is double happiness and satisfaction."
