After a good win last night against Venezia, AC Milan's coach Stefano Pioli is now thinking of the next challenge which shall be against Spezia away from home.
The coaching staff of the Rossoneri has fewer choices in the roster due to the many quality absences that the team suffers.
As reported by Tuttosport in today's print edition, Pioli hopes to recover at least Olivier Giroud for Spezia but does not want to take any risks. The attacker is working to recover fully from the lower back pain that he has been suffering from.
Giroud's return would be very important given that Pietro Pellegri's condition is not at the top yet.
As for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, he is aiming to return in time for the Champions League fixture against Atlético Madrid in the San Siro stadium.
Against Spezia, Theo Hernandez and Fikayo Tomori who did not start last night against Venezia, will return to their usual spots in the lineup of Stefano Pioli. Finally, Franck Kessié will have to play for a starting spot with Ismael Bennacer and Sandro Tonali.
