Gordon singer, son of Elliott Management Corporation's founder Paul Singer, was present yesterday at the San Siro to watch AC Milan play versus Atlético Madrid in the Champions League. Today he was present at Fondazione Milan and talked briefly about the match:
"I actually invited the referee from last night to be here today. But, I don't see him in the audience." (smiles)
AC Milan yesterday suffered some rather controversial calls as referee Cüneyt Çakır showed some poor handling of the game. The Rossoneri played well in the first half but eventually lost 2-1. It was a result that perhaps could have been different if the ref had intervened in the situations in a correct manner.
