AC Milan striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is recovering currently from his latest injury and he is reportedly getting better as we might soon see him take the field again with the Rossoneri under the instructions of coach Stefano Pioli in collaboration with his colleagues in his coaching staff and medical team.
The Swede striker was called up to represent his national team for the games against Kosovo and Swede on October 9 and October 12 respectively.
A recent report of La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, has claimed that the player could say no to the call-up due to not being yet in optimal condition and especially after a confrontation between the medical staff at Milanello and those at the Swedish national team.
Now, confirmations arrive from SportMediaset. In fact, Zlatan Ibrahimovic discussed his options and the situation with the AC Milan doctors who had some negative news to him. The Swede will therefore postpone his appearance with the Swedish national team and reject the call. He is to stay at Milanello for the time being and work on getting back into a good shape.
