Brahim Diaz has been so important to AC Milan this season as he had a very good start scoring goals and assisting. So far, the playmaker has managed to put the ball past the net 4 times already with 2 assists in 8 games between Champions League and Serie A.
The former Real Madrid and Manchester City player, however, was not called up by Spain's U-21 coach. The Spanish tactician Luis de la Fuente commented on the player's progress positively, though:
"Brahim Diaz is performing at a very high level and is reaching an important maturity after having lived through complex situations, finding himself in clubs where it is difficult to play. He is a player who has talent and ambition. He finally has the chance to demonstrate his full potential. I wish there were more players of this level in Spain, they would be good for Spanish football."
