Rocco Commisso, president and owner of Fiorentina club in the Serie A, has attacked Inter regarding their debts and economic issues. Here are his statements:
"Every six months, we have to provide data on the liquidity ratio in Italian football. We and other clubs have done it. I have always done my duty: I put the money, the club has no debts, so if there is a need for capital, I bring it from the US. Other clubs don't. There were some clubs that were far from meeting the necessary liquidity requirements and one of them won the Scudetto. . Subsequently, they had to rectify the liquidity ratio by selling players like Lukaku and Hakimi. This was after the end of the championship and not before. Whoever does not respect the rules established by the League, should pay the consequences, such as being penalised in the championship."
