AC Milan returned to Italy with a defeat in the Champions League against Porto. The Rossoneri, however, should now put this bad performance behind them and redeem themselves in the league against Bologna.
The eleven starters from yesterday's game did some light recovery work in the gym. The rest of the squad, after activating their muscles inside, headed out onto the pitch to begin the session with a few athletic exercises using low hurdles. Afterwards, the group did a series of drills working on possession of the football. Before the session concluded, the players did some fitness work with sprints down the length of the pitch.
