AC Milan's Romanian goalkeeper, Ciprian Tatarusanu kept a clean sheet against Torino. He had to intervene a few times and save the team from important scoring opportunities which emerged for Ivan Juric's men.
Here are the goalkeepers words to DAZN:
"We had prepared this game, Giroud was very good in duels with the defenders. It is normal that when not playing for a long time, there can be doubts. I hope to always play at this level and to help the team win."
On the final few minutes with Torino's goalkeeper joining the attack:
"I want to stop all the balls, but you have to reject some of them. It is normal for the goalkeeper to go up, I also went up in Porto to try to help the team."
On the first clean sheet:
"Torino didn't have many chances, I stayed focused until the end and I'm happy to have kept a clean sheet."
Tatarusanu also spoke to Milan TV and said the following:
"In the end they put some pressure on us with the high balls, but I'm happy with what I did and the victory without conceding a goal. It was a tough match, but we, too, were very tough and cynical. We scored, we fought and we won. The next game? We have to stay focused throughout the match, the more determined we are, the more we have a chance to win."
