AC Milan won against Torino tonight thanks to a goal by former Chelsea star Olivier Giroud who displayed his great sense for goal in the penalty box.
The French striker talked to the microphones of DAZN as he delivered these words after the game:
"We played a good match, Torino are strong, they are aggressive in their tackles, I have made many challenges with Bremer, he is a great defender. I'm happy because we did well from the start, Torino didn't create many scoring chances, we were solid in defense. We got three points and it wasn't easy. We are playing every three days and this is not easy from a physical point of view."
Giroud On the absences:
"It's something I like a lot about our team. When we play at home we want to give happiness to the fans with energy, aggression. Maybe sometimes we can do a little better, but the most important thing is the three points because Torino is a strong and difficult team to face."
On scoring only at the San Siro:
"I want to give the fans a gift again. Next time, I will do everything to score away from home."
