AC Milan have started to negotiate with coach Stefano Pioli in order to keep him as the boss at Milanello and guide the team to much awaited success.
Since the arrival of the former Inter and Fiorentina boss, the team has been able to play good football with a clear identity and philosophy on the pitch.
According to what is reported by Calciomercato.it, Pioli and Milan are very close to the agreement for the extension of the contract. The agreement provides for a two-year renewal with an important increase in the yearly salary.
The source also adds that what is actually missing to make everything official is Elliott's green light to make the deal official on paper.
