AC Milan defender, Simon Kjaer, granted an interview to 'simonkjaergifs.com' as he talked about his career and future:
"I would very much like to finish at Milan the last years of my football career. But in football I also learned that I don't have to have too many expectations and I can't make too many plans."
He added:
"There is no doubt that if it were up to me, I would like to finish my career in Milan. If it is in 2024, 2025, 2026 or 2027 I don't know, but I feel that as long as I still have that hunger that I have now, something I can give."
Kjaer concluded:
"When the young people arrive and take my place permanently, then it will be time for them to stop me." (relayed by Milannews.it)
