AC Milan lost to Fiorentina last night by conceding 4 goals. Scoring 3 was not enough as too many errors were committed.
La Gazzetta dello Sport highlighted the best player on the pitch who was Zlatan Ibrahimovic with a 7 rating as he scored 2 goals.
Rafael Leao was shown a 6.5 for his efforts while Franck Kessié and Pierre Kalulu were also the other decent players in the team with a 6.
Simon Kjaer, Sandro Tonali, Alexis Saelemaekers, Ismael Bennacer, Brahim Diaz, Olivier Giroud, Junior Messias and Alessandro Florenzi were all given 5.5 ratings. Their performances were not up to the expectations and more was needed from these players against an organised Fiorentina side.
Theo Hernandez was shown a 5 after a fatal error in the final minutes of the game as he gifted a goal to Dusan Vlahovic by losing possession in front of the penalty box of Tatarusanu.
Matteo Gabbia was simply not in his top form and could not help his teammates in defense. Tatarusanu certainly had a blunder of a game as he lost the ball in the corner after catching it which Gabbia did not clear later, both had 4.5 ratings with the Romanian goalkeeper voted as the worst on the pitch.
