AC Milan fans saw their team grab the win against Atlético Madrid in what was a truly strong show of force for Stefano Pioli's team.
The Italian tacitician outsmarted Diego Simeone and suffocated his midfield. The high pressing worked very well and Milan, despite not creating many chances and also despite the heavy absences, never gave up or lost concentration. A win came towards the end of the game finally thanks to 'Miracle' Messias as La Gazzetta dello Sport chose to call him.
