AC Milan have secured an important win against Venezia thanks to two goals scored by Theo Hernandez and one by Swede veteran Zlatan Ibrahimovic. This important triumph, though, does not take away the fact that the transfer market window is an opportunity for the Rossoneri to reinforce themselves.
As per Corriere della Sera, Elliott management have set the target for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara in January's window: the goal is to sign a defender to replace Simon Kjaer. The experienced Dane central offers a lot of quality and that is why the hunt for a profile who can replace him must be careful.
As for a striker, Elliott have decided that Milan should not focus on signing one in January as that position is not a priority right now.
Instead, Milan could search for a young and strong centre-forward in the summer's transfer market window, a player who would be capable of of guaranteeing long-term stability.
