AC Milan president, Paolo Scaroni, spoke to the media during the event of 'Foglio a San Siro':
"Inter's loss? I never celebrate the defeats of others, only our victories."
On Agnelli's words (on bringing down the San Siro):
"I agree. It is an area that needs to be rethought, too full when there are matches and too empty if there aren't any."
Paolo Scaroni on the revenue from the new stadium:
"Real Madrid collects 145 million from the stadium, Milan collects 34. How can the fans expect us to be able to compete with these clubs? The stadium is absolute urgency. As soon as we have an approved executive project, we leave. At San Siro or elsewhere. Whatever the owner of Inter or Milan is, he wants the same things."
On where the new stadium should be:
"It is not that we are thinking of going 50 km from Milan. It's all relative, we always talk about neighboring areas. With each passing day, the hypothesis B (away from San Siro) becomes more and more realistic."
Will you continue on the project with Inter?
"Yes, there is no reason to change. Our fans are not divided by hatred as elsewhere."
Paolo Scaroni concluded:
"The Nostalgia for San Siro? There is nostalgia. But, the world goes on."
