AC Milan's future could very soon be changed with growing reports about the purchase of the club being close to completion.
With the change in ownership, the fans and media start to speculate about the future of the current management made up of Paolo Maldini, Frederic Massara and Ivan Gazidis.
According to the latest update by Sky Sport Italia, the Bahrain-based asset manager are looking to confirm the stay of the two Italian directors (whose contracts expire in June 2022).
The Arab fund appreciates greatly the effort done by the two managers in rebuilding the club on a sporting level despite the limited resources.
It is a different speech, however, for Ivan Gazidis. His contract runs out in November 30 and his future is still uncertain. He may remain in the club, but perhaps not as a CEO. In that case, he could be replaced by Giorgio Furlani, who has been the intermediary in recent years between Maldini and Gazidis and the Elliott Management Corporation.
