AC Milan finish matchday 36 with a win against Hellas Verona. It was a difficult game especially in the first half as the game ended with a 1-1 draw. But, Stefano Pioli's men showed the strength of their mentality and spirit by dominating more in the second half. Their efforts saw them crowned as winners with two goals scored later.

Davide Faraoni scored for Hellas Verona in the 38th minute. Then, Sandro Tonali's disallowed goal was redeemed, he found the equaliser in the extra time of the first half. In the 49th minute of the second half, he scored the second. The Italian star made it a brace for himself on his birthday. The victory was sealed later with a stunning shot by Alessandro Florenzi who returns from injury.
Stefano Pioli's men won in a difficult environment and stadium. The fans gave the extra push to the players as about 16 thousand supporters were present in the Bentegodi stadium.
Now, the Rossoneri take home the three points as they continue to be first in the league table with 80 points against Inter's 78 points. Two games remain, 4 points at least are needed to secure the Scudetto victory.
