Stefano Pioli spoke to SportMediaset to discuss the great achievement of winning the Scudetto. Here are his words:
"Behind the Scudetto, there is a lot of happiness and a lot of gratitude towards the club that chose me two and a half years ago. My managers have been fantastic, as have my staff and my players. I coached an exceptional group, which went above all and beyond."
Can a new cycle start now?
"Let's enjoy the victory, but we know that the Italian championship is increasingly competitive. This season we tasted the Champions League, but we are AC Milan and we want to be competitive in Italy and in Europe. I dedicate this victory to my dad, who will surely be proud wherever he is."
