Alessandro Florenzi, spoke to the media in the second day of training camp with the Italy national team. The AC Milan full-back who is a loanee from AS Roma has also commented on the words of Paolo Maldini to Gazzetta. Here are his words:
"Maldini? I met him this year. He is a man of great values and I would also add Massara to him. They are the basis of the Scudetto which we won. The two of them, and the coach, did a great job. They are very important people who can do well for Milan. A Milan without Maldini is a bit like a Roma club without Totti and De Rossi."
Florenzi added:
"During my journey to Milan, I found many similarities between the Rossoneri squad and the Italy Euro championship team. I had been saying it for a while, at Milan they didn't understand me because they hadn't experienced what I experienced but you feel it when there is something and I felt it and said it, in the end I was happy to have been right."
On the desire to continue playing at Milan:
"The idea is to go on vacation for now. Only that."
