It is not excluded that AC Milan's right-winger Alexis Saelemaekers switches teams in view of the coming transfer market window.
The daily Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport wrote on their website how the Rossoneri management have indeed offered 25 million euros plus the Belgian's card to AS Roma in order to sign Nicolo Zaniolo. However, the Giallorossi have said no because José Mourinho likes his wingers with different characteristics than what Saelemaekers offers.
In any case, the former RSC Anderlecht talent cost the club's coffers 7 million euros upon his transfer and is now reportedly valued at around 20 million euros by AC Milan. The club managers are aware that there would be multiple suitors for him if they decide to officially put his card up for sale.
Another player who arrived on a small fee but now can fetch an important price is Ante Rebic. He is certainly not untouchable for the AC Milan club directors. But, Stefano Pioli values his qualities and sees his as an important member in his squad, despite having a difficult season due to injuries. It is not excluded that he would be also sold if an attractive offer comes. That way, Milan would reinvest the gained transfer fee on a young forward to fill his spot.
La Gazzetta dello Sport also highlight that there are a number of players who are obviously untouchable for AC Milan's directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara and we are talking about: Mike Maignan, Fikayo Tomori, Sandro Tonali, Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao.
The Rossoneri will also take official decisions soon about some loaned players like Brahim Diaz, Junior Messias, Tiémoué Bakayoko and Alessandro Florenzi.
Then, there is the case of Fodé Ballo-Touré who did not manage to convince. He cost the club around 5 million euros and Milan are looking to replace him with the next Theo Hernandez.
