AC Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are currently looking to reinforce the defensive area with an important talented profile who can add more quality. The profile who is reportedly the top target for the Rossoneri is Sven Botman from Lille. However, the entry of Newcastle in the negotiations is making life difficult for the red and black faithful.
The alternative name for now seems to be Torino's Brazilian central defender who is 25 years old: Gleison Bremer.
Torino's sporting director Davide Vagnati spoke about his club's defender and what the future may be for him. He said the following words to the microphones of Sky Sport Italia:
"We are fortunate to have a great defender, an exceptional guy, a great leader and an exemplary professional. We have many interests at stake. There is movement, we will evaluate with him."
He added:
"Inter? Surely it is a possibility, even here to say that he is close is an exaggeration."
Gleison Bremer is reportedly followed by AC Milan, Inter and even Premier League side Tottenham. The former Atlético Mineiro player has a contract until June 2024. The right footed-star has been able to appear in 33 league games, playing 2893 minutes in total with three goals and 1 assist to his name.
