La Gazzetta dello Sport's today's edition focuses on AC Milan's attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz who is on loan from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Spaniard should remain at Milanello in view of next season. In fact, last summer's agreement foresees that the Spanish playmaker will remain on loan in the ranks of the Rossoneri until 30 June 2023.
As per the Italian newspaper, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have held contacts in the last hours with their counterparts at Real Madrid to confirm the situation of Brahim Diaz: A two-year loan with a buy-option and a buy-back clause.
Nonetheless, during the transfer session that will officially begin in Italy on July 1st, the AC Milan management want to reinforce the attacking midfield area. A new playmaker arriving to Milanello would mean that Brahim Diaz will have to really show himself and prove his worth. He has to find his peak form to carve out first team football space for himself.
