Il Corriere della Sera reports that an agreement for the contracts extensions of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara as directors at AC Milan has been found already. The deal is completed and done, white smoke is here and the announcement should arrive shortly.
The newspaper writes that the two directors were probably not expecting to have their paperwork and contractual situation to be sorted out this late because they have worked very hard and their contribution to AC Milan's first Scudetto in 11 years is clear.

Paolo Maldini is an icon with Milan, he won everything there is to win at the highest stages in the club game and he wants to continue to win as a director too. Frederic Massara, on the other hand, is a director who is the expression of a profound international sporting culture. He integrates really well with him. They will also be able to continue their work together thanks to their deserved renewals. Their target is to make the squad stronger, even despite missing out on top targets such Sven Botman and Renato Sanches who has reportedly chosen Paris Saint-Germain.
