Matteo Gabbia has enjoyed several minutes of playtime with the AC Milan First Team during the pre-season summer friendlies. But, the fact remains that an exit out of the Milanello grounds is possible as he is wanted elsewhere where he can have more chances at first-team football.
According to a brief article published by Milannews.it, the Rossoneri Primavera product is "destined" to go to Genoa in order to join Serie A side Sampdoria on a dry loan transfer.
Gabbia, however, will only be leaving until a new defender arrives. Abdou Diallo, Japhet Tanganga and Evan Ndicka are linked with a move to the San Siro, as explained before.
