American right-back who is 21 years old, Sergino Dest, showed some good qualities when he took to the field to replace Davide Calabria in the second half against RB Salzburg.
The loanee of FC Barcelona has reportedly impressed Stefano Pioli and he could prove to be a precious jolly in the coming games thanks to his flexibility and skills which allow him to move higher up the pitch.
According to SpazioMilan.it, Dest impressed Stefano Pioli so much that he thought of deploying him already as a starter in the match against Sampdoria at the Marassi stadium. Calabria, therefore, finds a tough competitor for that role. But, for now, Davide Calabria continues to be the usual and main starter for coach Pioli. The American full-back, however, is sending signals, and Pioli seems to be pleased.
