As reported in this morning's edition of Il Corriere della Sera, the board of directors of AC Milan will see some changes with the arrival of RedBird as the new owners of the club.
As per the Italian newspaper, the board will be made up of nine members, three of whom will be chosen by Elliott Management Corporation: Gordon Singer, Giorgio Furlani, and financial analyst Stefano Cocirio. Four members will be chosen by RedBird Capital Partners.
CEO Ivan Gazidis (whose contract runs out in November) and AC Milan president Paolo Scaroni are now confirmed in their roles.
