It was raining this morning at Milanello, where the Rossoneri met for their last training session of the week, once again with reduced ranks due to the absences of those on international duty.
The group in the gym began with the usual muscle activation activities followed by a series of strength exercises, performed with the help of equipment. After finishing the first part of the work, the team went out onto the lower pitch where, after finishing the warm-up with some squats, they played a training match in a mixed formation with the Primavera team (three 20-minute halves).
The team’s schedule includes two days off. Training is scheduled to resume on Tuesday 27 September, with an afternoon session.
