After the 1-3- victory against Emoli, AC Milan's midfielder, Sandro Tonali, has spoken to Sky Sport Italia. Here are his words:
"The throw in? The coach gave me the ball and I saw Rafa moving. I don't look at the position of the ball, there is the referee who stops me in case. These are things you have to do at the moment, then what comes, comes. The goal was born from this clever throw-in, it was what I had to do at that moment. I did well, it was the right thing to do, fullstop."
Tonali added:
"The captain's armband? I preferred not to wear it today because after Davide and Simon's injury I didn't want to wear it like this, it's not the most beautiful thing today."
If there is a flaw?
"Well, we hope to remove the flaw of not finising. It needs to be improved by playing, there is no training for that. Also today, I played a good match with Isma (Bennacer), we played compactly in front of the defense. We do what the coach asks of us."
