AC Milan head coach, Stefano Pioli, spoke to the microphones of DAZN as his team beat Monza 4-1 at the San Siro stadium. Here are the words of the gaffer after the game:
"Center-right is the position Brahim Diaz likes best for getting around. When he is well, you can notice it. He had a muscle fatigue and we hope it's nothing serious. We have many games ahead and we hope to have both him and Dest will be available."
On Charles De Ketealere:
"De Ketelaere entered cold, he must think and believe that he has the quality to influence our attacking phase. It is a path that requires time, what matters is the potential."
Pioli on Junior Messias' performance:
"Messias sacrificed a lot, with quantity and quality."
He added:
"He is an important player for us. I am not worried about the many goals conceded, they come from some carelessness but the important thing is to continue scoring. They are our concepts, our principles and they give us excellent solutions."
Pioli concluded:
"I don't like turnover as a term, I have confidence in everyone having so many owners and I would have done even more rotation without injuries. We play a lot but every team I play field is strong. Everyone must be ready."
