In the press-conference after the victory 4-0 against RB Salzburg, AC Milan‘s boss, Stefano Pioli, said the following words:
“This is a group that has always shown great motivation and hunger. We are the Italian Champions, we arrived in the Champions League because we are strong. Whoever finds us will find a strong team.”
He added:
“We have all entered the history of this club, not just me. But we wrote a small piece of this great history. We have to think day by day and work well.”
On the fans, he said:
“The fans are wonderful, thanks to them because they make us experience important emotions.”
On the next team to face in the Champions League, Pioli said:
Regardless, we will face a strong team, the Champions League arrives in February, we don’t have a ‘favourite’ opponent. Now we will think about the championship.”
