Defensive midfielder Tiémoué Bakayoko is yet to make one single appearance this season with the AC Milan team of head coach Stefano Pioli. He is on loan from Chelsea but it is safe to say that his future is not at the San Siro.
According to news reported by Il Resto del Carlino, one Serie A club has showed interest in signing the former player of Napoli and Monaco. We are talking about Bologna who currently are sitting in the 11th position in Serie A with 19 points.
Ther is a significant obstacle, however, for Bologna who are coached by Thiago Motta: Bakayoko earns a salary of 2.5 million euros which is too high for them. To take him AC Milan for the rest of the season, they'll have to at least pay half his wages.
The Chelsea loanee, however, also has interest from La Liga side Valencia who are coached by Gennaro Gattuso, a coach who knows Bakayoko very well due to past experiences at Milan and Napoli.
