The transfer market window is not open yet. But, rumours are still circulating from the media. As per the latest news, AC Milan may be trying to secure a new face coming in to reinforce the defensive department.
The player in question is the flexible defender of Real Madrid: Nacho Fernandez. He is a 32-year-old Spaniard who can play as a centre-back and also as a full-back on both flanks. The right-footed star has a contract with Los Blancos expiring in June 2023.
As per Spanish outlet AS, AC Milan are interested in securing the player's services. But, the Serie A champions are not the only club interested. In fact, AS Roma and Wolverhampton are keen as well.
The preferred destination of Nacho, however, could be the MLS.
