Former AC Milan defender Thiago Silva is currently playing quite well for Chelsea at the age of 38. This season, he made 23 appearances with almost 2000 minutes played across all competitions.
The ex Paris Saint-Germain star has delivered an important defensive performance against Liverpool yesterday. Former Blues striker Tony Cascarino said the following about him to the media:
