AC Milan suffered a big loss against Sassuolo at the San Siro: 2-5. For the first time in their history, the club conceded 4 goals or more in 2 consecutive games, definitely a new low for the red and black faithful who just won the Scudetto only last season.
La Gazzetta dello Sport spoke about the game and granted the following ratings:
The best on the pitch was Divock Origi who scored a wonderful goal which unfortunately didn't mean much. He received 6.5.
Rafael Leao, Alexis Saelemaekers, Tommaso Pobega and Olivier Giroud all received ratings of 5.5 for their efforts.
Sandro Tonali continues to struggle like his teammates in midfield with a rating of 5. Junior Messias also received the same rating as him.
Ciprian Tatarusanu, Pierre Kalulu, Matteo Gabbia, Rade Krunic and Charles De Ketelaere had each a rating of 4.
The AC Milan captain Davide Calabria had a rating of 4 same as Ante Rebic and also Theo Hernandez. The French left-back was chosen by the newspaper as the Rossoneri's worst player on the pitch.
