AC Milan would like to keep Brahim Diaz, but as widely reported already, the Rossoneri club directors only want to make the deal on their own terms.
The club wants to obtain a discount from Real Madrid. As told by the Italian journalist Peppe Di Stefano of Sky Sport Italia, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara do not have the intention of spending more than 20 million euros on the Spanish playmaker:
"AC Milan do not want to spend more than 20 million euros for Brahim Diaz. That is the club's priority because there is a set budget, especially after the Champions League qualification, we are talking about a budget around 70 million euros."
