According to what Tuttosport reported in this morning's print edition, there are two main names marked in AC Milan's notebook for the right-winger position, but these profiles have significantly different situations.
On one hand, there is Reiss Nelson, a 23-year-old English forward who currently plays for Arsenal but has already had loan experiences in Germany and the Netherlands. His contract with the Gunners expires in two weeks, but there is reportedly a verbal agreement for a renewal worth 3.5 million euros. However, the signature has not arrived yet, precisely because Nelson is flattered by the Rossoneri's advances, which would offer him more playing time despite a lower salary which is at 2.8 million euros. On the other hand, there is Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal: in this case, the salary could be less burdensome, but a transfer fee would have to be paid. The Nigerian has another year left on his contract with the Spanish club, and his valuation is estimated to be at least 25 million euros.
An additional name that emerged recently on AC Milan's radar, and that is Arda Guler, an 18-year-old Turkish talent from Fenerbahce, whose problem is not only the cost but also the agent fees and fierce competition, as relayed by Milan News.
