AC Milan are close to securing the arrival of Japanese midfielder who is 26 years old: Daichi Kamada. Some may even say that it's a matter of time. In this morning's print edition of Corriere dello Sport, there is an update on the situation as we read the following headline: "Kamada almost done: announcement at the end of the month."
As per the newspaper, the player will join the Rossoneri as a free agent and has a verbal agreement in place with the club since the days of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara. The contract duration would be for 4 years with a net salary of 3 million euros per season.
Accoridng to the source, the operation was slowed down by some bureaucratic problems linked to the Japanese agents but a solution should be found soon. At Casa Milan, they are hoping to finalise everything soon in order to beat competition from other clubs who are looking to hijack the negotiations in the last minute.
