Journalist of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Luca Bianchin, has spoken in an interview to Radio Rossonerai as he discussed the AC Milan transfer market window. Here are his words:
On AC Milan's striker Divock Origi
"There has been someone in Arabia willing to invest in him, a very wealthy part of the world in these times. There has been and there still is Burnley, which received a rejection from Origi some time ago but hasn't stopped believing in him. At the moment, there isn't a top-tier team that wants to sign him, and I don't think the conditions are in place for him to become the third forward for Milan.", said Bianchin. "The coach is the same as last year, and the club has indicated that the third striker should be Colombo if Taremi doesn't arrive. Origi currently seems to be out of the project even more than his value and his past might suggest, but it's truly a situation that has turned out as badly as possible in the last year. Let's not forget that Turkey and Arabia close the transfer market after the first of September, so there might be some room for thought for him in those days."
Bianchin on AC Milan's midfielder Rade Krunic:
"It doesn't appear to be a matter on the table at the moment. Until two days ago, it was ruled out that Krunic would leave, and I believe that even today it's still very complicated. I know that Milan is prepared to reject even important offers. If you ask whether they would be willing to turn down very big offers, I don't know, but it doesn't seem like a likely scenario at the moment. Let's say that Pioli isn't a demanding coach; he works in harmony with his management. But Krunic's case has been an exception because he holds a lot of value for him. I think Milan, even at the cost of giving up a few millions, will say no to these offers also because they'll have to go and get another player afterward."
