AC Milan, during the summer transfer window, made attempts to sign Mehdi Taremi from Porto. In the last couple of days of the market, it seemed that an agreement was found with Porto and the player. However, the deal did not go through (read here for the reason and background of the negotiations).
The player's agent,s according to Calcio Style, have contacted AC Milan just recently to initiate discussions about a possible transfer of their client to Milanello next summer as a free agent.
The Rossoneri managers, however, who are aware of the player's agents statements after the failure of negotiations, were clear in their stance. Within a few minutes, the answer came from club CEO Giorgio Furlani: it was a direct and firm 'no' to any request for reopening negotiations.
As per the source, Mehdi Taremi's name has been crossed out, and all ties with agents and Porto have been definitively severed.

He got greedy and fkd up. He really thought he can demand anything he wants. In Iran he is known to be cocky and thinks he’s the best forward in the world
