AC Milan will be playing in a very challenging Champions League group. The Rossoneri, who were in third pot, were drawn in group F with Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, and Newcastle United.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, head coach Stefano Pioli will be excluding three players from the Champions League squad and they are the following:
Ismael Bennacer, Luka Romero and Marco Pellegrino.
Instead, the AC Milan gaffer will include the Italian 29-year-old centre-back who is the product of Atalanta's youth academy: Mattia Caldara.
