The headline on today's front page of Il Corriere dello Sport also includes news about the AC Milan transfer market:
"Milan's Coup: Pioli will have Miranda on the left"
That is the title published by the newspaper, explaining that the club management has had its sights set on the left-back, whose contract with Betis is set to expire at the end of the current season.
The Spanish player would arrive for free in the summer, but the Rossoneri are carefully considering the possibility of bringing him to Milanello six months earlier by paying a small compensation fee to the La Liga club.
Meanwhile, however, Milan has sealed a major prospect: they've indeed secured Matija Popovic, a 2006-born forward whose contract with Partizan Belgrade expires on December 31st.
