This morning's print edition of Il Corriere dello Sport took stock of AC Milan's transfer market window.
The Rossoneri, in fact, have secured another deal to reinforce Pioli's team, after recalling Gabbia from his loan experience at Villarreal: we are talking about Filippo Terracciano, the 20-year-old talent of Hellas Verona.
The deal amounts to just under five million euros, including potential bonuses. Verona, who initially asked for seven million euros, will receive 10% from any future sale of the player. Terracciano, it is said, mirrors the tactical abilities of Florenzi but he is twelve years younger.
Between Terracciano and Gabbia, Milan has filled the gaps that needed addressing in the last transfer window. Terracciano can play as a right-back and also as a left-back. He has the capabilities to act as a central midfielder as well. Aside from shoring up the defense, which has been weakened by injuries, the almost-former Verona player can also be a versatile option.
