AC Milan's management continues the search for talent in order to improve the level of the squad's quality.
The attack needs more in the centre-forward position, even if Luka Jovic has been doing well. The Rossoneri's main striker is Olivier Giroud, a 35-year-old who cannot always be 100% ready.
Geoffrey Moncada, for his part, went to watch the match between Bologna and Genoa at the Dell'Ara stadium. One name in particular who pleases the club is surely 22-year-old Joshua Zirkzee who plies his trade for Thiago Motta's Bologna team.
Tuttosport wrote the following about the Rossoneri's interest in Zirkzee. Here is the headline:
"Zirkzee: it will be a difficult and long approach."
Already in January, it is anticipated as a heavy negotiation. The Rossoneri's interest predates even this season, and today the price of the Dutch player is steadily increasing; it's still unclear what level it will reach by this summer.
In addition to that, Bologna will have to give 50% of the resale to Bayern Munich, so they'll try to cash in as much as possible. Milan might play the card of offering Alexis Saelemaekers as a bargaining chip to lower the price whose buy-option is set at 12 million euros.
