AC Milan are still looking for interesting opportunities in the market and the scouting department is keeping an eye on several profiles in this sense.
Vangelis Pavlidis, the central forward of AZ Alkmaar, in fact, is a player who is liked by the Rossoneri, and also other from La Liga and Premier League.
The latest update on the 1998-born Greek player comes from Evenenig Standard, discussing the presence of numerous international scouts at his games.
According to the source, Pavlidis has been watched in recent weeks by two Premier League clubs, Chelsea and Fulham, a Spanish club (Barcelona), and an Italian one, AC Milan, long in search of a worthy alternative to Olivier Giroud.
The player made statements about his future last weekend through De Telegraaf: "I prefer not to talk about it, but it's clear that technically and physically I'm ready to take the next step. The winter transfer window is obviously different from the summer one, so I'm not sure if this is the right time to take that step. Everyone knows that last summer I wanted to take a further step in my growth. In the end, however, the right club didn't come along."
Pavlidis, who is 25 years old, during his tenure at AZ since 2021, has accumulated a total of 118 appearances, scoring 69 goals, and providing 24 assists, as relayed via Milan News.
