According to what is reported by Calciomercato, the former Juventus forward who is 30 years old will not be there this Sunday regardless of whether it's a serious injury or not.
Once the extent of the injury is analysed and understood, the worst case scenario could be Dybala missing more than the 7 matches he already sat out this season due to the usual muscle problems which made him suffer a lot since his last year at Juventus.
As for Roma's 29-year-old Iranian player Sardar Azmoun, he cannot replace him as he is heading to the Asian Cup.
