Alessandro Buongiorno will not go to Milan and will stay at Torino. This much was announced by Urbano Cairo:
"I reiterate, I'm not selling Buongiorno. Alessandro stays at Toro, as it is also in his desires," declared the Torino's club president to Tuttosport.
In the past few days, the Rossoneri club has tried to initiate negotiations to bring the 24-year-old Italian defender to Stefano Pioli's team, but the president of Torino, Urbano Cairo does not seem willing to release one of the best players of his team mid-season.
Buongiorno's contract with Torino runs until the summer of 2028. He played 19 matches, scored 3 goals and provided one assist so far this season.
