Recently, L'Equipe has revealed that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Martinez Quarta, the 27-year-old Fiorentina centre-back, formerly of River Plate.
There is also talk from Argentina of interest from three Italian clubs. In fact, according to Tyc Sports, AC Milan, AS Roma, and Napoli are reportedly interested in the Fiorentina defender.
A possible attempt before the market closes is not ruled out.
This season, Martinez Quarta has made 23 appearances with Fiorentina, scoring 5 goals and providing one assist as well from the centre-back position. His contract with La Viola runs until the summer of 2025. The right-footed Argentine player (with an Italian passport) stands at 183 centimetres tall. His value according to Transfermarkt is set at 14 million euros.
