AC Milan's duo, Fikayo Tomori and Pierre Kalulu have been absent for a long time and the Rossoneri fans are eager to see them back on the pitch to help reinforce the defensive issues.
Tuttosport, in this morning's print edition, wrote that the players have returned from injury and shared this headline:
"Tomori - Kalulu: recovery completed."
The Englishman and his French teammate are very close to getting back to the playing field under the guidance of head coach stefano Pioli. In fact, Kalulu may even be called-up for the match against Atalanta at the San Siro this coming Sunday.
Kalulu has been out since October 29th, when during the away match against Napoli, he suffered a complete rupture of the left rectus femoris tendon (he also underwent surgery on November 2nd).
As for Tomori, on the other hand, has been sidelined since December 22nd, when he sustained a myotendinous injury to the right hamstring against Salernitana.
Both players in question were expected to return by mid-March, but they both seem to have accelerated their recovery a bit, although it will take some time to regain their best form.
