The President of Lazio, Claudio Lotito, has returned to speak, in the pages of Il Messaggero, about the match against Milan. Below are his words:
"Have you read the letter with which that referee in Serie B resigned? Then I am not crazy. The penalty on Castellanos was clear, Maignan had brought him down. And now we will have a disadvantage (the suspensions of Pellegrini, Marusic, and Guendouzi)... I did not go against anyone, I did not even make a speech about the referees, but a comprehensive reasoning about a flawed system. I am a senator of the Republic and I have the obligation to monitor people's behaviour and the respect and application of the rules."
Lotito added:
"The sports rule is not immune. Everyone must understand this. I am subject to sporting judgment as long as it does not turn into a legal matter."
