As reported this morning by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has set his sights on Jovan Kirovski, former manager of the Los Angeles Galaxy, to whom the former striker would entrust a key role in the sporting area of the Rossoneri club.
The two have known each other for some time, precisely since 2018 when Ibra became a new player for the Los Angeles Galaxy. Leading this operation was Kirovski himself, who before becoming an executive had a long career as a player: he grew up in the youth sector of Manchester United and then traveled around Europe between Dortmund, Sporting Lisbon, Crystal Palace, and Birmingham before ending his career with the Galaxy. He's a man of the field that Zlatan would like by his side as a reference figure in the sporting area.
According to what is told by La Gazzetta dello Sport, contacts between the parties have been ongoing for some time: Kirovski has already been to Milan and probably watched some of the Rossoneri's matches from the stands.
With his possible arrival, the sporting area of the AC Milan club, where Moncada is currently the sporting director and D'Ottavio the sporting coordinator, would undergo a first change, in line with Gerry Cardinale's requests.
